Price Paid:  $250.00 from fry's electronics

Summary:
Other than the problem with shutting off (which may be just this particular set) I really like this tv. The picture quality is very good, the audio seems pretty good. The audio output to my stereo is a very nice feature. The menu is simple to use. The remote seems pretty reasonable. The size of the set is great. It is replacing a 13" Sharp and takes up almost no additional room. The Sharp had the controls on the side which made it as wide as this tv. This one is taller but I have more height room than width or depth in my room so this was a nice aspect of this tv.

Strengths:
Great picture, good sound, audio output to amp

Weaknesses:
This particular set seems to have a defect which causes it to shut off. After a second or two it comes back on by itself. It makes a crackling sound when it shuts off so I'm going to return it and probably get the Toshiba 20AF41 instead. This is primarily because my Toshiba 3750 DVD player has component output and I want to connect to the component inputs on the 20AF41. If it weren't for that I would just exchange the Panasonic 20D11 for another one.
