Price Paid:  $259.00 from Circuit City

Summary:
As far as standard definition 32" TVs go I think this one is a good buy ONLY if you're not looking to spend more than $300 and you're only going to use the S-video input. The geometry of this TV is very good for the money and the picture is crisp, although not compared to a WEGA TV. My biggest complaints are the poor composite input reception and the cheap feel to the buttons on the TV. But overall I'm happy I bought this TV and saved $300 not getting something that'll probably get replaced with a DLP when the time comes ;)

Strengths:
Good picture and great price!

Weaknesses:
Poor composite reception (maybe no comb filter) and cheap feel to the buttons and front inputs.
