Hi,Yes at the beginning,works fine,but after a low voltage in my town(something out the normal surge),the unit came with a "key"on the left side of the picture,the sound is fine.We are trying to get help from the local distribuitors with no luck.Can you gave us any help with this one,I would like to keep it.Thanks,Happy New Year.Bless You All.
