Price Paid:  $3000.00 from projector people

Summary:
i bought this projector 01/03. the plv-70 was out and selling for $4600.i reviewed both and chose the plv60ht for $1600 less.i have been very pleased with it. using a 144"x78" screen the colors & blacks are vivid. viewing HDTV on 1080i programing is supurb (with the right cables). dvds at progressive scan 480p with a 'GOOD' dvd player is also supurb. the factory bulb lasted way longer than i expected,it still had life but after 15 months i replaced it easily & it performed like new again. the sanyo's 1366x768 resolution & 16.9 aspect ratio show little screen door effect.their are better projector"s out there for thousands more but this unit maintained has given me much joy.

Strengths:
excellent picture quality on HDTV sources,DVD & DVHS. quiet fan, very reliable projector.

Weaknesses:
no DVI input
