Summary:
I've owned the set for a little over a year and I am pleased with all aspects of it.No problems at all since purchase.The picture is great for both broadcast tv and DVD.The letterbox image is large enough that I don't long for a larger screen.One thing I would advise is turn down the factory settings to save the crt's.I have mine down at 34 on the contrast.

It seems o do everything you want in a big screen tv. all the jacks you need and can hook up cable, sat together. Component hook ups for dvd. And the picture is preety dam good when watching sat, and dvd. I paid 1800.00 delivered through www.onecall.com 700.00 cheaper than best buy or curcuit city 2399.99 + tax. it does a good job for under 2 grand.
