Review 1 of 4

Price Paid:  $1700.00 from BEST BUY

Summary:
See above, need I say more?

Strengths:
Quality Cabinetry, real wood, not cheap plastic like Sony, Crystal clear picture, one of the first Projo TVs to offer component video inputs for DVD, This TV is a bargain at twice the price, and outperforms everything short of a Runco.

Weaknesses:
Well, I guess it doesn't do dishes, but then again neither does my wife, and the TV doesn't require any maintenance.

Similar Products Used:
Sony KP53V60, Hitachi 61" Ultravision, Pioneer SD51KP50. RCA (G.E) and Philips/Magnavox, don't make me laugh. Only people in trailers buy that junk.

Review 3 of 4

Summary:
I've got the 50" version of this model and it works great. I like the fact that it has component video imputs and all the other inputs as well.
Great set.

Review 4 of 4

Summary:
I just received this model yesterday and it looks great! I got a great deal at 800.com for $1499 with no shipping or tax! I returned the T61H60 because the it was a little too big for my room. I like the 55" picture better, too. It is much less grainy. For the money, you can't beat it!

In my judgment the advantage of the MG 1.6 (and other Magneplars), stems from the following: = It is a full-range dipole, and = It has uses low-mass, planar drivers for the whole audio spectrum. These attributes account for its extraordinary clarity, coherence, “air”...
