Price Paid:  $4500.00 from audio video

Summary:
I purchase this set only because of the ability for 1080p .I looked at the Sony and the Toshiba and because of what i can afford in my budget I opted for the Toshiba. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!!. With in a 2 weeks i started having problems with the set .
1 optical drive engine faulty left me with a set for over 2 1/2 month without minimum usage but still can view with a poor picture
2 Once the optical drive engine arrived the lamp explodes leaving me another 2 weeks without any usage.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP AND SO IS THE SET.REFUSED TO GIVE NEW SET OR EVEN EXPEDITE THE OPTICAL DRIVE IN. 2 1/2 MONTHS TO GET A PART IN. I CAN UNDERSTAND IF THIS IS AN OBSOLETE MODEL BUT I FOR IT TO BE THIS LONG?????
I FULLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SET .THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE TOSHIBAS TOP LINE DLP. DO YOUSELF A FAVOUR AND BUY A SONY
