Price Paid:  $2970.00 from GoodGuys.com

Summary:
This television does everything I need. It is easy to setup and easy to use. The remote is very functional compared to other remotes I have had. My only wish now is for more high definition broadcasts from my provider. Movies are so clear and bright. The television has pre-programmed video options to change the "mood" if you wish so for example at night my wife and I set it to "movie" and it feels better than sitting in a public theater. The dual picture mode is very useful especially during games and the channel surf option is nice so you can watch a program and look to see what is on all of the other channels at the same time. I have watched many of my movies a second time just to experience them on this television and I can truly say that because of the picture quality and detail it is better than the theater!

Strengths:
- Clear Picture - Easy to use - Easy to setup - Every input and output you need (Digital fiber, digital optical, component video, s-video, and many more) - Built in tuner with no user hassle

Weaknesses:
Can't find any yet.

Magnepan Magneplanar MG 1.6 User Review

In my judgment the advantage of the MG 1.6 (and other Magneplars), stems from the following: = It is a full-range dipole, and = It has uses low-mass, planar drivers for the whole audio spectrum. These attributes account for its extraordinary clarity, coherence, “air”...
