Review NaN of , from Oak Harbor, WA

Price Paid:  $1689.00 from Circuit City

Summary:
What a great TV. Awsome picture, very clear, and crisp. Price was almost as much as a HDTV but also ten inches bigger. The size is worth it considering I don't have HD channels. If you are wondering if you should go with a projection on spend the extra money for the HD remember that a PS2 is not a progresive DVD. My normal cable looks better on the RCA 61" than the 32" Proscan TV. Great TV for the price.

Strengths:
Great picture, and easy to use features. The Gold plus programing is usefull, and the PIP with only one sourse is perfect.

Weaknesses:
The remote doesn't support my Hitachi VCR? What good is that?

Review NaN of , from San Francisco

Price Paid:  $1999.00 from good guys

Summary:
I like this TV!!!
Great picture when hooked up to a Pioneer progressive scan dvd player!!! Good detail, a little soft on the picture but very filmlike! Just needs a little tweaking with an AVIA setup disk for color realism and sharpness detail.
On DirectTV, overall picture is very sharp, would probably look great on HD sources. Have the capability to hook up a computer through its SVGA input but have not done so.

The smaller cousin, the MM52110 was also good except it only lasted two months. Went totally dead and serviceman could not fix, must have been a lemon.

Anyway will let you folks know down the line on reliability issues. So far so good!!!

Strengths:
great picture, flexibility in inputs, price

Weaknesses:
don't know yet
