Price Paid:  $1500.00 from Kansas City

Summary:
We`ve had this TV for a while.Now the color(picture) is very red.I don`t even feel life I have a big screen.I have put another smaller TV infront of it coz it looks bab(picture).I wrote the an email to the customers service trying to ask if there was something that needed to be replace, or that marks the end of it.I got the automated email saying they will get back to me as sson as possible.It has been about 3 months,no respond yet.Does it mean i keep waiting or they are done with me.

Strengths:
Still in good shape after 10+ years.Speakers are kick ass too.

Weaknesses:
I wish someone would write me or tell me what I should do or the life span of it is over.
