Price Paid:  $1933.00 from Stereo Advantage

Summary:
I was looking at the 47" version of this television, when I stumbled across its 56" brother on sale FOR THE SAME PRICE! I ended up paying $1933 after tax and delivery. After using this for a little over two months, I can say I am very happy with the purchase. I have not been able to view a HDTV signal yet, as I do not have a set top box and my locals do not start until May 1, 2002.

Strengths:
Clear Screen, nice Stretch Mode, DVDs look unbelievable with progressive scan, on rollers easy to move around, speaker acts as center channel in surround sound system, nice backlit remote.

Weaknesses:
If you have a bad cable/antenna signal for normal TV, it will look terrible on this tv, satellite signals look good.
