Summary:
I have had pretty good experience with this TV the picture is pretty good although it is no CRT, or HDTV, But for the price paid and the features it has I am definately satisfied and would purchase again.

Strengths:
Big Screen! PIP(has size adj. and you can move the pip to the four corners)
Sound is great. Good picture viewing angle, you can still see the picture when off to the side of the unit.

Weaknesses:
The screen resolution could be better

Summary:
I do not know much about PTV technology, just can not resist to be the first reviewer as a common customer. It has pretty good vedio quality, and audio is really good. Here are some "little" things, which dont botter me too much though:
It does not have a screen protector (you can buy a plexiglas in homedepot for <$40).
Sometimes (not often) I get a feeling that the picture is not as clear as the one on my 20' JVC TV.
I do not like the universal remote control, e.g., if you want to close the caption, you have to press a bunch of buttons.
The overall sense is if you pay less than 1300, good deal. Any quality is price driven, the more you pay, the better you get. In term of quality-price ratio, I would rate it high.
