Review 1 of 1

Price Paid:  $2199.00 from ABC Warehouse

Summary:
Retails for $2799 must be a huge markup because the Store manager came down to $2199 (which is what the 55" WS-55311 retails for). Simply awsome set !!! Excellent picture, crisp, clear, bright & beautiful. Above average audio, but I am going to run it thru a home theatre for full surround sound. Plenty of input/outputs. Easy to move around even with it's size.

Strengths:
Almost everything is adjustable. User replaceable shield. Excellent viewing angles. DVD picture . Upgradeablity: The Mitsubishi is the only manufacture offering an upgradeablity promise.

Weaknesses:
I liked the 65411's speaker cover design better, but for what I paid for this I'm not complaining.

In my judgment the advantage of the MG 1.6 (and other Magneplars), stems from the following: = It is a full-range dipole, and = It has uses low-mass, planar drivers for the whole audio spectrum. These attributes account for its extraordinary clarity, coherence, “air”...
