Price Paid:  $1500.00 from The Wiz

Summary:
Fantastic clarity for a projection in this price range. Definately rivals the more expensive and popular Sonys. No need to blow $$$ for HD when the quality of DVD and digital cable are displayed with purity on this relatively inexpensive TV. (besides when was the last time you saw programing on HD) In addition, the unit doesn''t waste any space in the casing. It''s all screen without the bulk most projections carry on their rears.

Strengths:
Automatic light sensors that improve contrast. Sleek design.

Weaknesses:
Speakers could be stronger but you can always plug it to your stereo.

Summary:
For the price this is a great tv, I didn't want to get into
a HD set, so the vs50609 was my best bet.
You can't beat a mits tv, great picture, and easy to use menu/remote.

Strengths:
64 points of conv., 2 tuner pip, s vid, comp inputs, universal remote, super sheild....

Weaknesses:
speakers
