Summary:
I bought this TV after recommendations from my boss. He has the exact same model he got about a year ago. The picture quality is amazing. The PiP is good and I love how I can have 5 different components connected at one time seeing as how I have like 15. For a tv the built in speakers are AMAZING. I have never heard anything like this coming from tv speakers. NB. This product was shipped to the bahamas so I added total shipping cost in the purchased price.

Strengths:
5 inputs Great sounding speakers Light weight Auto Power on for component hook up.

Weaknesses:
The Remote doesn't really do it for me. The full screen remote sensor doesn't work as advertized.

Summary:
I bought my first Hitachi 50 inch big screen in 1988 before HDTV was available. This unit still looks great after all these years. Don't they make a girl like this!

Strengths:
Value, quality, and craftmanship. How can a t.v. last this long and still look good.

Weaknesses:
None. This product was ahead of it's time.
