from Harrisburg Radio Lab Summary: I bought this unit as a demo because of the low hours on it. Brought it home, hooked it up and, (long pause,) it sounded very good. The way the room was laid out my wife instisted that we put the tv in the corner of the room. (not good). I had the sub on a foot and half high fireplace mantel. Sounded really good there.
Then I swiched the room around so the tv was on a flat wall facing you.(much better) Problem was the sub was now difficult to place so all listeners could feel the punch. Finally found a great spot in a corner, (where else) and got the "punch" I was looking for.
All things said the sub performs very well for a 10" sub. A little low on the amp rating, 100 watts. Could use a bit more. Have not had a single bit of trouble with product.
For the money it is a very good starter sub which is why I bought it. Strengths: compact, works very well in ht or music.
Weaknesses: needs more amp. can get a little slow on music when pushed to hard.
