Strengths: -Excellent LF extension, below 30 Hz in my room (corner loaded)
-Good build quality
-Excellent parts; driver and amp look to be 2-3x more expensive than counterparts in this arenaWeaknesses: None except what you'd expect from such a small sub:
-Not the deepest bass you can find (but probably for the size AND price)
-Chuffing at ear-splitting volumes
-Phase is 0-180 rather than variable
-Power cord is attached rather than detachable
These are niggles, though!Bottom Line: Was looking for a small sub for a 14x17x8.5 room to replace an Energy S8.2 that was buzzing like crazy. After reading a number of consumer and professional reviews, I settled on a choice between Outlaw Audio's LFM-2 and Orb Audio's Super 8. I chose the latter due to size considerations and haven't looked back. This little baby pumps bass for its size! And it's nice, taut bass too -- definitely what I was looking for. Had to turn down its volume knob two times: once as it was breaking in, then again after finding a nice BlueJeans cable I'd hidden from myself to replace a 20' long el cheapo I'd been using. All in all, a product well worth its purchase price. If you have a small room, limited size for a sub, and want excellent bass, this sub is well worth your consideration.

(Yes, due to two moves in four years, I've now owned five subs. Only the latter two are still in my systems.
