After a long search for this hard to find woofer,I found this bad-boy for $300.00 less than the going $700.00 price tag. This sub has 2- 15 inch woofers,one front firing and one bottom firing.No ports. One woofer is active and the other is passive,similar to the Boston Acoustic PV series subs.
How does it sound? Excellent! The 250 watt class D amp kicks out smooth and powerful bass measured in my room down to 21 hz,not to shabby considering the price. I find this sub VERY musical and accurate,surprising for the 15 inchers''.
Fit and finish are also first rate..nice chrome accents around both woofers.
All and all a great sub. Strengths:
