Strengths: Very efficient. Excellent sound quality. Very smooth. Unobtrusive (when installed partially buried).Weaknesses: Outrageously expensive. Better target price (more acceptable to me) would be around $250-$299. Unfortunately, no comparable competition to drive prices down. Not sure if unit is fully resistant to insect infiltration.Bottom Line: The Bose FreeSpace 51's produce a very smooth, full range sound. They are not raspy, and are able to reproduce very adequate bass. Excellent separation, due to their 360 degree dispersion pattern. Compared to the "leading" commercial omnidirectional speaker manufacturer (TIC), they are far superior in sound (I tested against a pair of TIC GS6).

Strengths: Very wide 360 degree sound. Handle a LOTTT of power. Blend in with the atmosphere perfectlyWeaknesses: A little pricey, should be about 250-300 dollarsBottom Line: I think that these speakers, as well as all other bose speakers are the best. You won't be dissapointed if you purchase these. Highly recommended.
