A perfect solution for whole-house audio systems, or for hiding your home theater speakers, Niles® High Definition in-wall speakers deliver outstanding sound without taking up any floor space. The HD5R uses a 5-1/4" injection-molded TCC (talc, carbon, and ceramic) polypropylene woofer for solid mids and lows, and 1" Teteron® tri-laminate tweeter for smooth, transparent highs. Both drivers are mounted on a rigid baffle reinforced with anti-resonant wave bracing to reduce sound-muddying vibrations.

You can install the HD5Rs in rooms where you've always wanted music your kitchen, bedroom, family room places where conventional speakers won't always work. And these Niles® speakers are even moisture-resistant, so they're great for bathrooms, too! The included grilles are paintable, allowing them to blend seamlessly into any room's decor.
