Summary:
With these Minimums, elctronics just disappear: there is just YOU and the MUSIC. My system is the following YBA Integrated amplifier, and YBA Special CD Player. I plan to upgrade the CD Player (looking for LINN or YBA Audio Refinement), target stands, Straightwire and Wireworld cables.

The value rating is INFINITE.

Strengths:
Musical, musical, and musical

Weaknesses:
Bass shy, but who cares?

Review 2 of 2

Summary:
The YBA Minimum offers an incredible transparence and soundstage. They offer rythms and musicality out of proportion regarding their price. There is no bass although you feel the harmonics: piano sounds credible. Voices are simply natural and refined, and acoustic instruments are very realistic. I use them with, up-front a YBA CD1 Alpha and a YBA pre - amp 2 alpha. So far I have not found a loudspeaker offering such a degree of pleasure, despite their limitations.
