The Millenia 300 is for first thing, taking less place in your living room ( considering that the way we try to save some place with speakers is by their widht and depth because these ones are 52 inch tall). They also make a great and impressive look in your living room, thanks to their nice piano black curved cabinet design and you can let the grills off too.
Speakers design are also very nice with the chrome dust cap of the 2 midrange drivers and the black satin finish of the 3 bass drivers. With the grills on they look like even more slim and unpresent in your room.Their major force(you probably already guess it) comes in the detail they can contribute to your movies and music with a really deep detailed tight bass punch.Don't try to get them a boomy sound you will need a sub to do that. This is due to first the size of the drivers and the die cast alluminium antiresonnance cabinet.Voices and accoustics sound are amazing and placing them in a good angle and distance from your listening point they will give you from their 52 inch tall an impressive stereo image. So if you want a detailed sound speakers with an amazing slim and discret design they are for you.no speakers at this price(got them at 1600$ a pair) will give you that look and save space as they do.Some speakers may do give more boomy bass at the same price but not with that look and maybe not with that amazing mid , high frequency detail.Hope i don't have to say that you needc at first a good amplifier to get a speaker sing the right way.Mine are connect to a proton d1200 stereo amplifier 100w per channel. One of the most powerfull 100w per channel in the early 90's
