Bottom Line:
I have recently aquired a pair of these speakers at a price level was difficult to refuse. I am highly impressed with the openess of the sound and partnered with other Mcintosh MC452 amplifiers they simply sound great. Upto now I have always had Bowers and Wilkins equipment that I have always been happy with but these speakers sound more real to me particularly when playing live music. My listening position is around 20 feet away from the speakers in a rather large room so the line array configuration does clearly give sonic benefits in my situation. I have no doubt that things would be even better with larger Mcintosh monoblocks (MC1.2Kw perhaps) but what I have simply already sounds wonderfull to my ears already.

Would I buy them again ? Hell yes
