Bottom Line: Bought these speakers to complete my surround system, xf 48's as the main, Fortes in the rear (old school), rfw 10 sub (awesome), and the xl 23's center and surround. Very happy with the sound quality for theatre and music. Originally, was prepared to order the 23's through one of the liquidation dealers who offered the best price (without a warranty), but Sound Distributors matched the price (that included free shipping & handling) and gave me a full guarantee. Sound Distributors was quick, reliable, and most of all I didn't have to worry that I might be receiving a defective or open box product.
