Review NaN of , from Hong Kong

Price Paid:  $4500.00 from Jean Maurer

Summary:
On top of all this you deal with Jean Maurer himself, he is easy to find on the web, even though the website is in french, it does not matter they can help you out...the one unique characteristic was the shipping, Mr. Maurer palletized the whole shipment and the packing and care was wonderful, the speakers and other equipment did travel from Switzerland to Hong Kong and everything arrived in pristine condition. These speakers are made to last a life-time, also Jean Maurer sells an excellent tube amplifier range which goes extremely well with the speaker and some excellent second hand equipment in wonderful condition which matches and suits the speakers very well. I run a BOW CD player on this setup and the speaker cables and connection cables Van Den Hul are specially selected and tested by Jean Maurer...you will not be disappointed.

Strengths:
Wonderful speaker made by a true music "connaisseur", the latest version is in fact the D5, the wood finish is also as wonderful

Weaknesses:
None, except the weight, 125 lbs per speaker, makes shippingnot an easy matter
