Bottom Line: Picked up a pair of these for $99.98. Built the vented cabinets JBL shows on their site and run them with an old Sansui. I am very happy with them for the sub.
Have a Rotel driving Klipsch for mid and higher.
For my old ears this is great. Love it.

Bottom Line: The P-1200 has to be the best subwoofer I`ve ever hear at such a low price!!
I paid around 200$ for it (everything is quite expensive in Norway compared to the USA)..
JBL`s P-1200 delivers a deeeeeeepp and powerfull bass that I REALLY ENJOY!!!
It`s capable of playing LOUD and at the same time sounding clear and ... well ...simply very GOOD!!
I`m very happy I bought the P-1200!
And so will you be if you invest in this fantastic bass!!
I give it a full score!!!!!!!!!!

Bottom Line: My neighbour have two POWER 12s and they can play really hard, He got 136.6 dB with an Alpine 3553 amplifier and I think that's pretty good. When it comes to sq, they don't sound so good, but the alpine doesn't give enough power so maybe it's becuse of that.
