Great speaker I have been in love witht hem since I heard them in 1994 they rock without a subwoofer. They will rock the house in Dolby.

They reproduce music expertly and have crisp highs and solid middle performance and they are excellent at imaging

I'm driving these speakers with H/K AVR 55. They are relacing cerwin vegaD-5's. Though they are not as efficient, they sound great. I would recommend
them to anyone especially for $115 a peice that I paid for them. The H/K is
is just enough to drive them in a medium sized room. They need a high current
amp or 100 watt per chanel min.
