Product Description
Audio for the Connoisseur: Energys CF-50 floorstanding loudspeaker. A single 1 tweeter and three 5.5 woofers combine to deliver 2.5-way audio with the flat, on-axis frequency response and low resonance for which Energy audio is known. While Convergent Source Module technology allows the tweeter and mid-range driver to operate as a single source for enhanced dispersion, Ribbed Elliptical Surround technology dramatically reduces distortion and improves fidelity.
- Frequency Response: 39Hz - 20kHz
- Impedance: 4 Ohms min./8 Ohms nominal
- Tweeter: 1-inch (25.4mm) hyperbolic aluminum-dome
- Inputs: Dual gold plated 5-way binding posts

Bottom Line: I just bought a pair of these towers along with a set of cf-30 as a replacemet for my c-500 & c-300 and i must say as a avid energy fan i was blown away by how bad these sound. ive owned and loved many sets of energy towers as well as a set of athenas and i guess this is what happens when a company goes to big box retail stores. klipsch group has killed a great name. terrible sound & efficiency. id rather own cerwin vegas
