Summary: Dali, you have done some serious work here! These are great, at least with my technics system. Have used them for more than 2 years, and could not dream about changing. this is far better than i imagined, havent heard the new 8008.
Strengths: Great for all kinds of music! plays loud if it has to
Weaknesses: bass could have been better.

Summary: A real good speaker for the casual user,with great disco sound,but it needs a powerful amp to play dry and firm
Strengths: Plays real loud,dry bass and better each day
Weaknesses: not hi fi sound, more rock,pop and rap
