Review 2 of 2 Summary: I use these with a Harmon/Kardon AVR20 MKII reciever and listen to mostly alternative music. I bought these brand new for $75 for the pair, a steal at that price. I use them in my dorm and they can pump out a good chunk of noise without distorting. Works especially well with a subwoofer. Package was missing a set of feet though and one of the speakers had a corner bent in. Other than they the work well for me. Good midrange and highs.
Strengths: Don't distort at loud volumes. Crisp, clean sound. Inexpensive. Weaknesses: Not much bass (but then again, it's a bookshelf speaker.) Similar Products Used: Infinity RS 2000.3 bookshelf speakers.
