Review 1 of 1 , from London, England

Summary:
Use these as my front sound stage in a home theatre. Used to have two rooms with cinema in one and audio in another.

Yes I listen to vinyl and CD and love film too. Lost one room so had to "Compromise" on equipment.

These speakers blew me away everytime I listen to them. I can hear nuances in the music I never knew were there. It is a joy to hear all my music again having not heard some things the last time.

Be warned that bad recordings are shown up on these. I tend to buy digitally recorded albums on CD and older stuff on vinyl unless it has been remastered.

In all an incredible sound stage presence highly recommended for cd, vinyl, and dvd in both music and cinema applications.

Strengths:
Incredible detailed sound with tight bass and treble response. High dB
+sensitivity picks out everything

Weaknesses:
Shows up those bad recordings! Need a large soundstage to really appreciate them

Similar Products Used:
Cadence Castle which were also hybrid but didn't have to plug them into the mains. Old speakers and the tweeter had blown.
