Summary:
Look at my review for the T55's. I had this speakers for about 2 weeks and ended up returning it for the C40. It wasn't a bad center channel speaker, it gave a very, very full sound. I just felt it was trying to do a little to much. Voices were some what clear but not as forward and pronounced as I like during my movies. I ended up with the C40 with the 5 1/4" woofers and am much happier. I'm not a big fan of the new PSB 6 1/2" woofer, I think it has serious issues, but hey that's just my opinion. I'd be curious how other people feel in comparing the various speakers.

It's almost like everything that the C60 or T55's did wrong the C40 and T45's did right. I will say that I didn't have as much problems with the quality of sound as I had with the T55's. It was just a little to echo'ing for me. I like a very life like foward presentation, that's what the C40 delivers in my opinion.

Strengths:
Very wide range of frequency, but do you really need or want this in a center channel.

Weaknesses:
I found it to sound a little cheap in sound and a plastic echo. I'm exagerating a little, but it just wasn't for me.
