Description: The Midi is essentially a Mini that has been equalized differently for its usual placement on top of a TV monitor. It is meant for small rooms, and provides accurate, detailed center-channel sound to anchor the definition of an HT system very securely in a tight space.

Summary:
personally, i don't think you could get a better centre channel for the money. at 850, i think i got quite a deal. very clear and the bass is amazing. highly recommended.
