Summary:
I'm waiting to see what other people will say because I'm not a home audio pro. I'm a music major, though, and I think these speakers are great. I recently purchased a Sony 500 watt surround receiver and set these puppies up as the front channels. They sound very clear and have fantastic highs and lows. I have 5 speakers hooked up, but I am running the bass to these speakers until I get a decent subwoofer. The music and sound effects sound wonderful with these speakers and the bass is powerful and gets lower than you would expect without a sub.

Strengths:
Clear sound, high power handling (200 watt max), great highs, powerful lows, and decent mids.

Weaknesses:
Big, heavy.
