I bought these on a whim over a year ago while i was looking at stereo speakers online mainly to fit a system with a priority on listening to music.Id say the sound is basically upfront, detailed and transparent ,being on the the cool side of neutral without to much colour of their own . If you partner with a warmer high-quality amp and cd player that drive with strong mids they sound very good, big and punchy bass ,clear and open at the top .

Strengths:
high detail ,open clear sound,good weight in the bass,as good with music as movies ,featuring Wide band tweeters makes these speakers also ideal for superaudio cd , dvd-audio. home cinema.,well built and good looking.

Weaknesses:
need solid stands to sound their best
