Bottom Line: I had a really good deal on these speakers so I went ahead and bought them in glossy black finish. The first look was stunning, they are very well finished are quality built and are quite heavy for a bookshelf that size. I plugged them bi-amped to my Arcam AVR 300 receiver and was immediately amazed at the quality of details and dynamism of this small bookshelf. Not only do they have high frequency detail that can match B&W speakers but it almost has the bottom end grunt of a floor standing speaker. I felt they went deeper than my Nautilus 805's right out of the box. Compared them to DM602's and there is no match here, these speakers blow them right out of the park.
Really impressed at the liveliness of vocals and background instruments. Not as warm sounding as my Nautilus 805 but hey, they cost less than half the price and are not even broken in yet. Way to go PSB, you just made me a real fan of your products!
