Bottom Line: My wife asked me to get smaller speakers to free up space in the living room. Coming from PSB Image 6t's, it was a tall order to fill. With a recent remodeling of my house, I was also on a tight budget. I found these speakers online for $49. $49 !?! for Polk speakers? I couldn't believe it - surely they can't sound that good at that price, but Polk has a decent reputation. I decided to give them a try - heck, I have hardly anything to lose at $50.
I hooked them up and was pleasently surprised - good midrange and nice sounding highs. They also blend seamlessly with my sub. I think I would had to have spent 4-5x more to for anything that might sound marginally better (subjectively).
