Bottom Line: I have a pair of these setup as front left and rights connected to my pioneer receiver. They sound clean at high volume and do lack bass. But that doesnt really matter if you got a good sub anyways.
they look nice and are quite small and fit nicely under my TV in a cabinet. They are completely hidden and it looks alot better than having floor speakers.
I would reccommend these for rear speakers in a more expensive stereo setup.

Bottom Line: I use them as rears in a 5.1 they work pretty well for that. I would not use them for much else. maybe ok in small room
