Summary:
It's expensive. However, it's Sony's most attractive player. The black color Japanese model looks better than the US model.

Strengths:
Great Battery life, Great sound quality, 512 fixed flash memory and adittional expansion slot. Since I ordered the Japanese Imported Model, it came with a pair of High Quaility Sony MDR-EX51 headphones

Weaknesses:
Softwave: Sony's Provided software is a little difficult to deal with.
