Summary:
I may not be the most intuitive user, but this device is impossible to figure out, the navigation buttons are horrible. It can only fine one song that I loaded to it, and it can't play that. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UNSATISFIED WITH ANYTHING IN MY LIFE.

Summary:
First, I bought it refurbished for $20 so please keep that in mind.
Pros
-great images
-sleek
-lightweight
-plenty of memory plus memory slot
-charges rather fast
-built in speaker

Cons
-I had to rip out the forward button because it was stuck now I can't turn up the volume or skip
-the buttons stick
there is a odd echo in some songs
-in others I can not hear the lyrics if I'm using headphones
