Review 1 of 2

Price Paid:  $200.00 from Palm Gallery

Summary:
Useless piece of MP3 player doesn't support Windows Me OS that progresses witrh software development. It seems that I was made to understand that the gadget was sactually supplied by Samsung to creative.

Strengths:
Recently I have been replaced with a new Nomad I player due to the failure of it's display screen. Since I have been replaced with a new Nomad I player and was excited about it but later realised that they had lost my Smart Media card and rechargeable battery. That alone had cost me to wast three months of waiting. And now suffering from the problem not able to read a 64Mb SMC. What the hell is going on. Regretted buying that piece of junk.

Please advice if someone out there know what to do with it.

Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $250.00 from Best Buy

Summary:
Don't purchase a used Nomad I player. You will regret it. Creative Labs is NOT the creator of this product: samsung is. It's called the Yepp MP3 player and Creative purchased the rights to sell it as their own. The software is Windows 98 ONLY and is VERY unstable. Transferring music files to it via the docking station was lame at best, then I upgraded to Windows ME and it wouldn't work at all. Creative Labs says they don't support it any longer, but I should try contacting Samsung! Nice. This is the last time I ever buy a product from Creative Labs. Look at the usenet group alt.support.nomad and you'll see that their Jukebox product is bug-ridden also and their users are SCREAMING! I've seen the Nomad I player on Ebay and can't believe people are still wanting to buy these things. I download the Y2K beta softare from Samsung in Singapore and it at least connects to the unit, but haven't been able to transfer files to the thing. What a piece of JUNK!!

Strengths:
Small size

Weaknesses:
Where do i begin? Connectivity to the computer is unreliable which makes this unit USELESS

George is adamant about the fact that the Moscode 402Au is not just a tube gain stage slapped onto a solid-state power amplifier; rather, it is a tube amplifier with a MOSFET output stage.

A new driver from Lowther is real news. A new five inch driver is even rarer news, so it was with great anticipation that I waited on this pair of speakers to arrive.

Aune Mini Headphone DAC User Review

The unit arrived from China well packed and everything seem to be in place. No external abuse by the carriers. The only problem was the power supply it came with. The box came with a cheap step-down converter.
