Strengths:    Small, light, good battery life

Weaknesses:    poor headphones
absolutely no product support

Bottom Line:
I bought my Muvo TX 512 just six months ago and it has already died. I called creative labs but they will not replace or repair the unit. I didn't abuse it at all, it was simply defective. This will be the last product I purchase from Creative Labs.

Strengths:    Best sound in TINY MP3 player category
size
super easy to use
came with arm band
usb allows you to use as a memory stick

Weaknesses:    no expandable memory
headphones that come with it are poor

Bottom Line:
I bought the MUVO TX 256 which is
256M of memory built in, FM radio tuner built in, arm band

I wanted:
-MP3 player with 128Mb memory minimum or expandable.
-Easy to use.
-arm band, so I could exercise with it.
-USB cable or connector to use as memory storage.

This little creative lab mp3 player is fantastic, small, less than $100, radio, easy to use, very good sound for tiny player.

I use it now when I travel since it doubles as a data drive. I now mow the lawn with it.

advice buy some good sennheiser ear bud headphones, keep extra batt handy

It eats batteries a little faster but that is because the headphone amp is good. Good sounding headphone amps use more electricity, simple fact.

Strengths:    Value for money
Sounds good
Small size
the neck band
Fast file transfer
MP3 and wma

Weaknesses:    too plastic...
less than good hearphones
batery life could be better
no ogg

Bottom Line:
Ok, well what can i tell about a plastic thing the size of a lighter, that can store 64MB of music or data( ok... could be better) easly can transfer the files(even on Linux!)...It sounds good for its size... it sounds even better with other hearphones! The file transfer is fast( about 3 minutes for 12 songs). the batery life is good on alcaline about the 12 hours they say! Its realy solid(my unit is always falling and is still working great!) the neck band its great to never loose track of it on a campus computer class. It reads mp3 and wma, but no ogg. In resume another goo product of the Creative Labs guys! If you dont have one MP3 player, at least consider this cheep option... you wont regret it!

Strengths:    ease of use
portability
good price for an MP3 player

Weaknesses:    BAD PROBS with mobos w/ Nforce
had to remember to DL the firmware, less savvy comp. people would be out of luck.

64mb may not be enough, but the 128 and new 256mb MUVO NX might feed my need.

Bottom Line:
i like this sweet little package. Its light and simple to use. i had a small problem with it and i thought it broke, but i downloaded the latest drivers and firmware and all was well again. IF you like something on the go and is simple to use and transfer files, this is a good go. I use it to listen to music while i draw, or transfer photoshop files and scanned drawings between campus and home. sweet. But if u want something heavier and with more capacity then you might wanna go 1 model up (the ZEN or something similar). but for what it is, the Nomad Muvo is great.

Strengths:    Ease of use, size, battery life

Weaknesses:    no belt clip, stock headphones are cheesey

Bottom Line:
I purchased this off eBay to use at the gym and I have been really pleased. Simply plug the USB into your computer and save songs onto it. I purchased and armband with a case to use at the gym, I think this product should at least some with a belt clip on it of nothing else. Quality of music is good and it satisfies all I need. If you are looking for something simple in a great value here it is.
