Shocked & Dismayed that there is no software upgade for windows XP. What do they expect us to do, buy another MP3 player, when we have already spent close to $100.00, or more! Ridiclous! Proves once again why we should stick with top names like Sony, JVC, etc.. I will tell everyone to NEVER BUY A AUDIOVOX PRODUCT AGAIN!!!

very low battery life *No windows XP upgrade!

great mp3 player but there is no way to use it with xp or win2000, Don't buy it ! buy another one. NO DRIVER SUPPORT ON AUDIOVOX WEBSITE, JUST LOOK AT THEIR SITE and you will decide not to buy audiovox products... I WILL NEVER BUY ...

Summary:
GREAT Player! Supplied software works fine under Windows ME. Added an external 128M SMC and it now holds 3X the music!

Strengths:
Small size, easy to use, easy to load music, Supplied soft case

Weaknesses:
Format used for SMC is not "standard" so you can't just drag and drop music using an external SMC card reader. Music must be programed thru the player using their software. WHICH WORKS JUST FINE!
