When i bought this iw as very pleased. it never skipped or anything. after about 5 months it started playing my mp3 cd's all distorted and makin crackling sounds on my normal cd's! i'm very dissappointed in this peice of garbage. i have got it serviced about 6 times as well all under warrenty ofcourse. now that the warranty is up im not bothering to buy another panasonic. im goin straight for a sony. you should to

Summary:
Using this CD-MP3 player for 4 months. The sound quality simply rocks! With capability of playing recorded cdr/rw, i can simply write my mp3 into a cdr/rw and enjoy hours of skipless music. The design is cool and it is priced significantly lower than Sony's model I strongly recommend SL-MP50 to mp3 fans who have cd burners
