Review 1 of 3

Price Paid:  $250.00

Summary:
I bought the "PRECISION" tuned model of this tuner on sale for $250, (rrp $450) to replace my previous $200 Technics model and was amazed by the improved reception, it really is superb at pulling in weak signals. Sound quality is excellent as are both features & display. Pioneer's HiFi department will be much missed by this music lover.

Review 2 of 3

Summary:
I bought Pioneer T-504RDS because of its excellent tuning
of radio-stations;where I live are a lot of radio-signal
interferences.I also tried different models like:Onkyo,
Technics, but no one gave this strong tuning. The sound is
very transparent, bass show strenght, maybe not like Onkyo
model, but in the high frequency"s there is no one of the models I listened so clear like Pioneer. It is very good in jazz and blues, but not so in classic music. Also we must consider that this tuner and the other models are in range between $200-$400.Highly recomended.

Review 3 of 3

Summary:
The T-504RDS by Pioneer.... what can I say. I bought it on specs only, but to my great satisfaction it not only did what the specs had promised, but it realy sounds good! This tuner has dual COAXIAL inputs, so both cable FM and regular FM stations can be received. Alongside the very pleasent tuning-wheel this digital (analog) piece of machinary has good receiving and very extensive RDS & memory functions. The digital display can produce even at more than two meters distance very bright (scrolling) RDS text and alongside (well visable) the time or the stations FM frequency.

In my judgment the advantage of the MG 1.6 (and other Magneplars), stems from the following: = It is a full-range dipole, and = It has uses low-mass, planar drivers for the whole audio spectrum. These attributes account for its extraordinary clarity, coherence, “air”...
