This is a large (4space) analog tuner with exellent reception and seperation, I obtained my unit used and had originted in europe. The unit has a 110/220 power supply and works well on U.S. power. For me the tuner is not the most important component, and the main appeal of the kenwood is the appearance. Featuring a platinum anodized brushed alluminum face with subdued incandecent lighting, large simple controls and a traditional tuning dial (no memory buttons here).In my the simple analog approach and classic styling with flawless sound/tuning earns this unit five stars for it's type/catagory, not compared to ALL tuners.
