Review NaN of , from Toronto,Canada

Summary:
I got this unit in Toronto at a closeout. Was considering the Denon UDR 10 but it wasn't available and this CL was being discontinued so grabbed 2nd last from Astro Electronics.
Very please with performance and sound of this baby. Using it with Mission 751/audioquest cables.
Cassette performance is excellent with HX Pro, but the tape travel direction indicators is weird. It points to the hub that the tape is unspooling from, not the usual spooling to hub.
Use this everyday for 1.5 years now and no probs at all.
Would love it if Yamaha would come out with DVD unit. Teac's reference mini is stealing some thunder.

Strengths:
excellent sound for mini component/great flexibility lots of inputs/possible to set up for AC 3

Weaknesses:
lacks DVD component, remote not up to par with Yamaha's other receivers

Review NaN of

Summary:
I have the Yamaha receiver RX-V10 MKII in combination with the CD-X10 for three weeks now. Incredible sound. Easy on use and it looks really great with the titanium-look and the small size.I listened to some LIVE-CD´s and now I hear some things I have never heard before!
It is really great.
Now I am going to look for the Energy Take 5 speakers so I can watch movies with Dolby Prologic.
I hope some day Yamaha will make a DVD-player for the Classic Line.

Love it!!
