One remote for all, even sync- recordinmg with the optional MD- deck, I purchased by eBay.
Sound is for the price simply very good.

Bit flimsy connectors, both, cinch and for the speaker cables, handle with care.

Perfect system for this price.
And if you like, you can very easy upgrade this with better speakers.
When something gets wrecked with my big alternative equipment, I replace this with one of these small components and it simply works fine.
BUT: I never will change something, even not the speakers. It is like it is.
