It was a good system for the price. I love the dolby pro logic surround.

Review 2 of 3

Summary:
This unit is nice for somone getting started in surround sound technology. However, it will leave you wanting more. I've replaced the sub and rear speakers. I now have a JBL PSW-D112 that really rocks, even with the cheap receiver. The CD player stopped working all the time, but luckily I had already purchased an external CD player. Surrounds and center channel are horrible, you'll want something different for those pronto.

I paid $150 for it and it included a 3-CD changer, one audio input, two tape deck, Dolby Pro Logic, 2 pretty good main speakers, crummy surrounds and center, and an alright subwoofer. Great bargain for the price for a complete surround sound package!

Strengths:
Good quality for the price

Weaknesses:
Center Channel, CD player, lack of controls on remote

Review 3 of 3

Summary:
Good system for beginners, good sound at low levels, but not very good sound at high levels. Rear speakers are weak and do not get much sound from them. CD player broke down, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. It is very frustrating. Remote is poor, does not do all functions, has poor range from center console. Overall not a bad system for about $275, but there are better ones. Nice size for small apartment, or room.

Strengths:
Easy to use, fairly good, sound, easy to hook up. lots of cable length for the surround speakers.

Weaknesses:
CD turntable broke down about after a 1 year, or so. Player sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, its very frustrating. Not a lot of sound comes of surround speakers, they are fairly weak. The remote does not do all functions, and has a poor range, must ppoint directly at center piece or it won't work. Tape decks are not that good of quality, one deck can only play, no rewind or fastfoward, or ecord. must do all of that on second deck.

George is adamant about the fact that the Moscode 402Au is not just a tube gain stage slapped onto a solid-state power amplifier; rather, it is a tube amplifier with a MOSFET output stage.

Aune Mini Headphone DAC User Review

The unit arrived from China well packed and everything seem to be in place. No external abuse by the carriers. The only problem was the power supply it came with. The box came with a cheap step-down converter.
