Price Paid:  $180.00 from Gray Eisdell Timms

Summary:
Sharp CDDP900E (mini system with surround sound). This unit has a faulty power supply. As soon as it is plugged in (not switched on), a significant transformer hum is evident. even the reparier couldn't fix it, they replaced the component which actually was worse than the original. Was sent back and refunded under warranty.
